Quick Strawberry Pie with Glaze Is Ready In 2 Hours
Strawberries are all around currently, and we are excited to share this quick strawberry pie with glaze recipe with graham cracker crust with you! With a strawberry glaze topping, a cream cheese filling, and a store graham cracker crust, this pie is the perfect no bake strawberry glaze pie to serve for any occasion!

As we’ve mentioned here before, we love to go picking Arkansas strawberries in the spring! Then, we make as many strawberry treats as we can stand before the strawberries go bad! But we do also same some for the freezer to use in future smoothies and baked desserts.
Ingredients for Strawberry Pie with Glaze
- Prepared graham cracker crust
- Cream cheese
- Cool Whip
- Sugar
- Strawberry Glaze
- Fresh strawberries

Use a Store-Bought Graham Cracker Crust
If you enjoy the ease of store bought graham cracker pie crusts, then why take pie prep any further? You can find multiple brands of graham cracker pie crusts at most grocery stores. We prefer the Keebler graham cracker crusts.

How to Make a Strawberry Glaze Pie
This pie has three basic steps. If you wish to make your own graham cracker crust, then this recipe would have four steps.
It all starts with the strawberry glaze. We usually buy Marzetti, but you may have a different brand you prefer.
Cut and Glaze the Strawberries
- On a cutting board, chop strawberries into small uniform pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the chopped strawberries with strawberry glaze.

Make the Cool Whip Cream Cheese Filling
- In a second mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ½ the cool whip, and the sugar together until well combined. (We like to use an electric mixer for this step.)
Put Your Quick Strawberry Pie with Glaze Together
- In the bottom of the pie crust, layer the cream cheese.
- Then, pour on top the strawberries mixed with the glaze.
- Finally, spread on the remaining half of the Cool Whip.
- Allow pie to chill in the fridge for at least one hour, although we think longer is better. (We leave ours to chill for 2-3 hours.) Garnish with a few strawberries.

Easy Strawberry Pie with Glaze
Ingredients
- 2 Graham cracker crusts pre-made/store bought
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 24 oz Cool Whip divided
- ¾ cup White sugar
- 2 pints Strawberries with a few reserved for garnish
- 13 oz Strawberry glaze
Instructions
- In medium mixing bowl, together the cream cheese, ½ the Cool Whip, and the sugar until well combined. Spread evenly into the two pie crusts.
- Chop strawberries into bite size pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix the strawberries with the glaze and spread over the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with thin layer of remaining Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours (the longer the better) before slicing and serving. Garnish with reserved strawberries just before serving.
