In a bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the olive oil. Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until completely melted. Keep a close eye so the chocolate does not burn. If more time is necessary, microwave at 15 second intervals.
Break 3 pretzel sticks in half. Split the Oreos in half and press six short pretzel sticks into the cream side of each Oreo.
Pour ½ tsp of the melted chocolate on the pretzel sticks and put the other Oreo half on top.
Dip one side of the cookie into the melted chocolate. Quickly add the candy eyeballs and sprinkles.
Put in the fridge for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. Serve only once chocolate has hardened.
