Graham cracker pie crust
9 inch prepared; homemade or store-bought

oz
Cream cheese
½
cup
Powdered sugar

tsp
Vanilla

Blueberry jam

Cool Whip
divided

Blueberries
fresh

cup
Strawberries
fresh; quartered
Instructions
Prepare pie crust according to box instructions or use pre-made crust. Allow to cool.*
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Add 3-4 tablespoons of blueberry jam. Fold in one cup of Cool Whip.
Add blueberry pie filling to the prepared (and cooled) pie shell.
Allow pie to remain in refrigerator 4 hours to overnight to set. (Overnight is best.)
When ready to serve, top pie slices with a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle on blueberries and chopped strawberries.
Notes
*If making your own pie crust, this recipe will require 6-8 minutes of bake time. If using a pre-made crust, there is no bake/cook time involved.
