Ingredients
  

  • 6 Pancakes Pre-cooked - 2 small, 2 medium, and 2 larger
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips
  • cup Carrots shredded (for noses)
  • 2 Chocolate bars Fun Size - can use more if desired for creative hat shape

Instructions
 

  • Place three prepared pancakes vertically (touching or slightly overlapping) on a tall tray - in order of a snowman body (biggest pancake on bottom, medium in middle, and smallest at top).
  • Arrange blueberries or chocolate chips as eyes, mouth, buttons, arms, etc. Get creative!
  • Add a shredded piece of carrot for the nose.
  • Using leftover chocolate or small candy bars, create the shape of hat on the head.
  • Repeat these steps for the second serving of snowman pancakes.
