These St. Patrick's Day puffcorn clouds and rainbows with almond bark is such a fun recipe for kids and adults! Made with 4 ingredients, this is such a simple recipe!
Melt 12 ounces of almond bark in microwave safe bowl - working in two batches. Heat at 60 seconds and stir. Then, heat at 15-20 second intervals afterward, stirring each time until almond bark is completely melted and smooth.
Add 1/2 bag of puffcorn to the bowl with the first 12 ounces of melted almond bark. Mix well until all puffcorn is coated.
Drop large spoonfuls of coated puffcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping them gently to look like clouds. Each one will look different.
Insert one rainbow as an arch over each cloud - to look like a rainbow over the clouds. You may need to add a drop of melted almond bark on each end of the rainbow - using it like glue.
Sprinkle with gold sprinkles and allow clouds to set for 30 minutes to one hour before moving or serving. Repeat the steps with the remaining almond bark/puffcorn/rainbow candy.
