This mint chocolate chip snow storm ice cream with milk and sugar is so easy to whip together. Freshly fallen snow is combined with kitchen staple ingredients and an optional addition of crushed peppermint.

Ingredients
  

  • cup Milk
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 10 cups Snow Clean and freshly fallen
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips We used mini chocolate chips in these photos, but you can use any size.
  • ¼ cup Peppermint crushed; (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix milk, sugar, peppermint extract together.
  • Stir in snow, a few cups at a time.
  • Add chocolate chips and crushed peppermint (if using). (Alternative: reserve crushed peppermint to use as a topping and each person can stir it into their own bowls.)
  • Grab some bowls and spoons and eat quickly!
