Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until Oreos become fine crumbs. Alternatively, you can place Oreos in a large Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to break them up.
Add cream cheese to Oreo crumbs and blend until a soft dough is formed.
Roll mixture into equal sized balls, and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in freezer for 15 minutes, or until firm.
Pour entire bag of white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave in 20 second increments until all candy pieces are melted.
Separate half of the melted candy into a second bowl. Add green food coloring to one bowl and purple to the other, and mix until well blended. Reserve about ¼ cup of each color to use for drizzling.
Dip chilled Oreo balls in the melted candy until fully coated. Let excess drip off back in to bowl. If candy starts to become too thick, put the bowl back in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to thin out again.
Once all cookie balls are coated, let them sit for about 5 minutes on a cooling rack, or until the candy has hardened.
Put reserved green candy in a Ziploc bag, or piping bag, and snip off a tiny corner with scissors. Drizzle over the green-coated balls. Immediately add candy eyeballs while the drizzle is still wet. Repeat with purple candy. Allow all cookies to set for a while until hardened.
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
